Yes, and we recommend it. Senses Spa is our most-loved experience, and treatments fill up quickly. The spa is open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, with the last treatment starting at 7:00 pm. Reserve ahead on WhatsApp at +62 811 3832 090 to secure your moment, including our signature Cliffside Open Bath: a warm, private soak at the very edge of the cliff, with the ocean stretching out before you.

The View Restaurant serves all day, with the ocean as your backdrop. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 11:00 am, and lunch and dinner from 12:00 noon to 10:30 pm. To reserve a table — especially for sunset — simply message our team on WhatsApp at +62 811 3805 722. In-room dining is also available 1:00 pm–10:00 pm.

Yes. We arrange private airport transfers on request (additional cost, from IDR 400,000 — rates may vary with demand). The drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic, so you can settle in and let the escape begin the moment you land.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Our front office is open 24/7, so whether you land at sunrise or need something in the middle of the night, our team is always here for you.

The best of southern Bali is close, and there are a few easy ways to reach it — smoothly and safely.
A word on arrivals and departures. Biu Biu sits on private family land, and this quiet lane — along with the private transport that serves it — is run by the local family who have called this cliff home for generations. Ride-hailing apps such as Grab and Gojek cannot collect directly at the resort; it is simply part of life on this private corner of the Bukit.
Door-to-door convenience. Our front office is glad to book a private driver for you through the family’s service — the most direct, hassle-free way to reach the airport, the temples, dinner, or a full day exploring the south. Just tell us where and when, and we will arrange it.
Traveling on a budget? If you would rather use a ride-hailing app, Grab and Gojek drivers can meet you with a short 200-meter walk from our entrance to the main road — simply set that spot as your pickup point, and you are on your way.
Or take the wheel. For independent explorers, a scooter is the easiest way to see the Bukit, and we can arrange a rental from IDR 100,000 per day. A few rules keep the adventure a good one: always wear a helmet, carry a valid driving license (an international permit for most visitors), ride with proper travel and accident insurance, and take the roads gently — they can be narrow and busy.

Absolutely. Biu Biu Resort welcomes families with accommodations designed for every age — including spacious duplex family lodges — plus open outdoor spaces and a calm, unhurried atmosphere made for quality time together. Room to connect, and room to breathe.

Because of our clifftop setting, the resort is not fully wheelchair accessible. That said, inclusivity matters deeply to us: a complimentary personal assistance service is available to help guests reach the main facilities, restaurant, pools, and beach. Well-being should have no barriers.

We adore animals, but to protect the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted at the resort. Thank you for understanding.

Yes — and we believe honesty is part of being truly eco-conscious. The Bukit, Bali’s southern peninsula that is home to Uluwatu, Balangan, and Jimbaran, is a limestone plateau with no natural freshwater source, so water here is genuinely scarce. To guarantee a constant, reliable supply for our guests, Biu Biu Resort purchases water regularly, and we treat and reuse it wherever possible.
Alongside this, our sustainable practices include careful waste sorting, active protection of the natural habitat around us, and commitment to locally sourced food.
We invite every guest to fall in love with the wonder of southern Bali — and to stay mindful of the challenges this beautiful, fragile corner of the island faces. A little awareness, and a little care with water, goes a long way.
