Reservation
Reservations can be made at the Senses Spa reception by WhatsApp: +628113832090. We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance to obtain your preferred time. Full payment are required to secure the booking.
Hours of Service 9 am – 9 pm ( last treatment booking 8 pm )
All of our cabin treatments are equipped with air conditioning and offer stunning ocean views, ensuring a comfortable and serene experience.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to relax and enjoy our facilities. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment.
Cancelation Policy
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please allow us less than 72 hours before the treatment day full price will be charged as cancelation fee and if you cancel more than 72 hours before treatment day 50% will be charged as cancelation fee
• Refundable: If the treatment is canceled more than 7 days in advance, a full refund will be issued.
• Non-refundable: If the treatment is canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, no refund will be given.
Charges
All the prices are in IDR Indonesian Rupiah. 10% service charge and 11% government tax will be added to all services.
