To ensure a smooth arrival, we offer private airport transfer services (upon request, at an additional cost). Once here, enjoy the comfort of daily room service from 11am to 10pm—perfect for relaxing in your room while everything comes to you.

Given our cliffside location, the resort is not fully accessible. However, we are committed to inclusivity: a personalized assistance service is available at no extra cost to help guests access the main facilities, restaurant, pools, and beach. Because well-being should have no barriers.

Yes! Leashed pets are welcome at Biu Biu Resort. After all, your furry friends deserve their slice of paradise too.

We are proudly eco-conscious. Our resort follows sustainable practices such as waste sorting, water treatment and reuse, and a strong commitment to preserving the surrounding natural habitat. We also promote locally sourced food and organize private events in line with our green values.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash payments. Accepted currencies include Euros, US Dollars, and Indonesian Rupiah. Our team speaks English, French, and Indonesian to ensure a smooth and personalized guest experience.

To confirm your reservation, full payment is required before the deadline listed below:
• Low season: 14 days before arrival
• Mid season: 21 days before arrival
• High season: 31 days before arrival

Cancellation policy: penalties vary by season. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full amount may be retained:
• Low season: cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – full charge
• Mid season: cancellation less than 21 days before arrival – full charge
• High season: cancellation less than 31 days before arrival – full charge
