Hotel Rules – Code of Conduct
1. Quiet Hours:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid activities that may disturb others.
2. Guest Conduct:
We ask all guests to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and the resort environment at all times.
3. The View Restaurant opening hours:
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Kitchen closed: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (beverages available only)
À la carte lunch & dinner: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 (Last order at 10:00 PM)
The pool bar is open from 10:30 am to 7pm

4. Personal Belongings & Valuables
For your convenience and safety, in-room safety boxes are provided. We strongly recommend storing valuables such as cash, jewelry, passports, and electronic devices in the safety box. While the resort takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, it cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings not stored in the safety box.
5. Pets:
Please note that pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
6. Lost and Found:
Items found on the resort premises will be safely kept at the reception for up to three months. Guests may collect lost items at the reception, or, upon request, we will be happy to assist with shipping arrangements at the guest’s cost, subject to courier availability. Perishable items will be disposed of promptly.
7. Damage & Linen Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property, including rooms, facilities, towels, linens, and equipment. Replacement or repair costs may be charged for items that are lost, permanently stained, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Outside Vendors:
For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all our guests, we kindly inform you that outside vendors including freelance therapists and similar services are not permitted to enter the resort premises.
9. Pool Towel Cards:
If you lose your pool towel card, a fee of IDR 50,000 will be charged per card.
10. Mini Bar Charges:
Any items taken from the room’s mini bar will incur additional charges.
11. Prohibited Items:
Weapons, explosives, flammable items, and materials are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
12. Photography and Media:
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken on-site by the resort for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the reception team.
13. Drones:
For safety and privacy reasons, the operation of drones within the resort area is strictly prohibited. Prior approval, including a signed permit from our resort, is required at least two working days before the intended activity.
14. Operational Changes:
Please be aware that services, facilities, or hours may change or close without prior notice due to weather, capacity, safety concerns, legal requirements, or special events. We appreciate your understanding.
 
General Notice
The resort reserves the right to apply additional cleaning or damage charges when necessary and to take appropriate action in accordance with hotel policies in the event of serious breaches of these guidelines.

Room & Villa Policies

BiuBiu Resort Bali enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times.  No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise.  If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.

We always strive to give back to our beautiful environment and community in whichever way possible. 

No Plastic Bottled Water
We have replaced all plastic bottled water to re-useable glass bottles in your room. Water will be replenished daily.

Reusing Towels
We encourage guest to make the choice of reusing your room towels. For this, we give you pool towels separately at our pool bar

  • Leave it on the floor for us to replace it with new towels 
  • Hang it, if you would like to use it again

A complimentary Wi-Fi internet connection is available for the guests, in all rooms and common areas.

One rollaway bed can be provided complimentary for the third guest, as the extra person fee already applies. Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type suitability.

Baby cots for infants (0–2 years old) are provided complimentary, subject to availability.

For safety and comfort reasons, only one rollaway bed or baby cot can be accommodated per room, depending on the room layout.

All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

1 – Guest must provide valid credit card information (such as credit card type, credit card number, expiry date and the full name shown on the credit card) to the resort to secure their reservation or to pay an advance deposit for prepaid or advance purchases. No payment will be deducted from your credit card at the time of reservation unless it is for prepayment or advance purchase.

2 – Please note that the Resort reserves the right to pre-authorise the booker’s credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorised amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit.

3 – The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within 2-4 weeks depending on the issuing bank. 

4 – By providing your credit card information, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the credit card you provided; you authorize us to charge you in full for all charges incurred by you and your guests (if applicable) or charged to your account for all products and services purchased by you and any damage or loss caused by you and your guests during your stay (including, without limitation, damage to the Hotel’s property); you authorize us to charge you in full the prepayment or advance purchase at the time of reservation; and you authorize us to charge any cancellation charges to your credit card.

An IDR 500,000 security deposit is required and will be returned to you on your departure date once verification of room condition has been made.

Cash Payment

If paying in cash, the full amount of the stay including taxes and fees must be paid upon check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Payment

Biu Biu Resort Bali accepts Visa and Mastercard. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card at check-in for the estimated amount of your stay plus a security deposit for incidentals. Unused funds will be released upon check-out, however processing times may vary depending on your bank and may take up to 14–21 business days.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges or potential damages during the stay.

Bill settlement

Guests may charge food & beverage, spa services or other resort activities to their room. All outstanding balances must be settled in full prior to departure. The resort reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at check-in for any unpaid charges, damages, or losses incurred during the stay.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate at the time of booking.

Flexible Rate

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations or modifications made within 14 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.

Non-Refundable Rate

For discounted rates, special offers or promotional packages, the total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. These reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled without penalty.

Early Departure / Unused Nights

In case of early departure or unused nights, the full amount of the reservation remains chargeable and non-refundable.  The property reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the credit card provided to secure the reservation according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our standard cancellation policy that in the event of a cancellation or modification of your guaranteed reservation less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, or in case you fail to show up, the resort has the right to debit full cancellation charges from the credit/ debit card provided to secure the reservation and/or saved in your account.

The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates.
Discounted room rates and packaged promotions have a non-refundable policy.
